The first film I've seen for golden horse festival.
It's not a big, inspiration film.
It is a subtle movie. A little bit like the rich dark chocolate, a little bitter, a little sweet... Sometime it made me chuckle a bit of the interesting dialogues. It showed the different cultures, perspectives, and thoughts between Egyptian and Canadian. It definitely have great shots of the beautiful, richness scenery of Cairo, such as Pyramids (I love the scene while Patricia wearing the blue dress, walking with Alexander toward the Pyramid under the blue sky...)
There is one scene during the wedding ...
Tareq (Alexander) said that letter, e-mail, text message aren't his things. but he said maybe.....
Juliette (Patricia) replied she hates phone call....
Then it is it.....
